Hey there! I’m Holly, the owner, business specialist, and face behind @yourresidentgenius. "Resident Genius" started as a nickname from a client - it stuck and I decided to name my business after it. Because every badass woman needs a Resident Genius to solve their problems. I've also been nicknamed "freak in the sheets" for my love of and talent with spreadsheets (they're kinda my thing).
I graduated from @snhu with my bachelor’s in business administration and I love that it helped prepare me to run my business and support yours, too. I spent 11 years working in the restaurant industry, 8 of which were on the backend business side. When it was time to move on, I decided to put those skills to good use and start working my magic for small business owners.
I’m also a certified coach through @enneagramuniversity, and I’m deeply passionate about the Enneagram and its power to transform lives. My journey with the Enneagram began eight years ago, though I’ll admit—I mistyped myself at first! That experience taught me the importance of self-discovery and reflection. Over time, the Enneagram became an invaluable tool for understanding myself and others, both personally and professionally. Now, as a certified coach, I’m thrilled to guide others on their own Enneagram journeys, helping them unlock their potential, improve relationships, and create businesses that align with who they truly are.
